1. Scope and who we are
OVALO is a movement and ball-sports training product operated by 深圳市生命律动科技有限公司 (Shenzhen Life Rhythm Technology Co., Ltd), also referred to as Vital Rhythm.AI, "we", "us" or "our" in this policy. This policy applies to the OVALO mobile application, vitalrhythmai.com and the support interactions that link to this policy.
OVALO 是由深圳市生命律动科技有限公司（亦称 Vital Rhythm.AI）运营的运动智能产品。本政策适用于 OVALO 移动应用、vitalrhythmai.com 网站及相关支持服务。
2. Information we process
Account and profile information
This can include your email address, display name, authentication records, sport preferences, training level and information you choose to add to your profile.
Training media and analysis
If you record or upload training content, we process videos, images, audio and related session details to provide movement analysis, reports, clips, live guidance and progress history. Analysis results may include movement landmarks, technique observations, ratings and recommended training priorities.
Health and device information
With your explicit permission, OVALO can read height, weight, date of birth, biological sex and workout records to complete your training profile and training context. When you connect the home health dashboard, it can also read steps, active energy, exercise time, walking/running distance, heart rate, resting heart rate, heart-rate variability (SDNN), sleep and, on supported systems, state-of-mind records to show your health history and personalized training context. Access is read-only: OVALO does not write to Apple Health. You choose the data types to share, can deny or withdraw permission in system settings, and can enter profile information manually. These observations are not medical diagnoses and are not used for advertising or tracking.

Membership purchase records
When you purchase membership, we verify Apple's signed transaction and retain the transaction identifier, product, purchase time, price, currency, offer identifier, subscription renewal status, expiration, monthly credit grants, refund or revocation status, and a binding to your OVALO account. We use these records to issue and restore the paid period, maintain analysis quotas and prevent duplicate issuance. Apple processes payment-card information; OVALO does not receive it. Your account export includes membership periods, purchase records and analysis usage.
购买会员后，我们验证 Apple 签名交易，并保存交易编号、商品、购买时间、实付金额、币种、优惠标识、订阅续订状态、到期时间、逐月算力额度及退款或撤销状态与账号绑定，用于发放及恢复权益、核对分析配额和防止重复发放。银行卡资料由 Apple 处理，OVALO 不接收。数据导出包含会员周期、订单及次数使用记录。删除账户时删除会员档案与配额；为核对退款、争议及防止重复领取，可能保留以不可直接识别账号的哈希关联的必要交易记录。
手动视频剪辑及二维身体姿态相似度在设备上处理，导出文件和姿态参考报告保存在本机账号目录。只有您主动使用系统分享或另行授权云端 AI 分析时，所选内容才会发送给对应服务。提醒时间与通知偏好按账号保存在设备；启用远程实时活动时，服务器另保存该活动的完成提醒开关。系统通知授权可随时撤回。
Live Activities and analysis notifications
When remote Live Activities are available and permitted by your device settings, we register an activity-specific Apple Push Notification service (APNs) token with the analysis task identifiers and your OVALO account. We also store the push environment, completion-alert preference and delivery state to update analysis progress and avoid duplicate alerts. The subscription is valid for no more than eight hours; expired subscriptions are periodically removed. Signing out requests cancellation of the subscription, and deleting your account removes it. The progress and completion messages sent through Apple contain task progress, completion status and generic reminder text, not your training video, full report or health profile. You can turn off completion alerts in OVALO and manage notifications or Live Activities in iOS settings.
远程实时活动可用且设备设置允许时，我们将活动专属的 Apple 推送通知服务（APNs）令牌与分析任务编号、OVALO 账号关联，保存推送环境、完成提醒开关及发送状态，用于更新分析进度和避免重复提醒。订阅有效期不超过八小时，服务会定期清理过期订阅；退出账号时请求取消订阅，删除账号时删除订阅。经 Apple 发送的内容为任务进度、完成状态及通用提醒，不含训练视频、完整报告或健康档案。您可以在 OVALO 关闭完成提醒，并在 iOS 设置中管理通知或实时活动。
Technical and support information
We may process device type, operating-system version, app version, IP address, request logs, crash or diagnostic information, and the messages you send to our support team. We use this information to keep the service reliable, secure and supportable.
Camera, microphone and Apple Health access are permission-based.

3. How we use information
- Provide and secure account registration, authentication and profile features.
- Process training media and generate movement analysis, live guidance, reports and clips.
- Build and update your RDID movement profile, training history and product recommendations.
- Enable permission-based health and recovery context where you choose to connect it.
- Operate, troubleshoot, protect and improve OVALO and our website.
- Respond to support, privacy, safety and company-verification requests.
- Comply with applicable law and enforce our terms.
我们使用这些信息提供账户、训练分析、实时指导、报告、训练历史与用户支持，并用于服务安全、故障排查、产品改进及履行法律义务。
5. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the product, maintain records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations and protect the service. Retention periods vary by data type and account status. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where reasonably possible.
We use HTTPS in transit, access controls and operational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please protect your account credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Your choices and requests
You can:
- Update profile information available in the product.
- Control camera, microphone and Apple Health permissions in iOS settings.
- Choose whether to record or upload training media.
- Request access, correction, export or deletion of account and training information.
Use My Profile → Settings → Data Management in OVALO to export your data or request account deletion. See account and data help for guidance. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
您可在 App「我的 → 设置 → 数据管理」导出数据或发起账户删除，并在 App 中更新可编辑的个人资料。为保护账户安全，我们可能需要核验身份。
7. Children and training safety
OVALO is available only to users aged 13 or above. Before registration, users confirm their full birth date. A 13-year-old requires consent from a parent or legal guardian through a separate verified email address. Email verification proves control of the mailbox; the adult declares their legal guardian relationship. Existing users must complete the same age check before accessing training and AI services.
儿童个人信息处理规则（版本：2026-09-15）
OVALO 仅向年满 13 周岁的用户提供服务。对于已满 13 周岁、不满 14 周岁的用户，我们在开通账户前要求其父母或其他法定监护人亲自阅读本规则、声明监护关系并使用与孩子不同的邮箱完成验证码确认。未完成授权，不能开通训练、资料上传或 AI 服务。
在监护人同意及孩子按功能选择的范围内，我们处理孩子的账户邮箱、出生日期、训练档案、身体及健康资料、主动上传的照片和训练视频、语音和 AI 对话，用于身份验证、保存训练记录、动作分析及生成运动建议。儿童个人信息与健康资料属于敏感个人信息。相关 AI 内容会发送至 OVALO 服务器和阿里云百炼（通义千问）；每次 AI 操作另行告知并征求同意。系统权限可拒绝，摄像头、麦克风及 Apple 健康数据不会在未经授权时读取。
我们保存监护人邮箱、授权时间和规则版本以核验和管理授权。未完成注册的监护授权凭据 30 分钟后失效，失效记录定期清理。账户中的年龄和授权记录保存至注销；访问仅限提供服务和处理隐私请求的必要人员。我们不会出售儿童个人信息或将其用于广告追踪。
监护人可在 App「我的 → 设置 → 监护人授权管理」验证原邮箱后撤回授权，撤回后停止新的训练、上传和 AI 服务请求。已启动的第三方 AI 会话受其短期令牌有效期约束。仍可导出或申请删除账户；恢复服务需重新授权。若发现未经有效授权收集儿童信息，我们会停止处理并核实删除。
注销时立即移除有效账户及关联数据库记录，并持久化文件清理任务。文件清理失败会重试，服务重启后继续，并在 24 小时内重复清扫以处理正在结束的媒体任务。仅保留必要的最小化删除任务/重试凭据，完成后 30 天清理；依法需保留的数据及供应商留存规则按本政策其他条款执行。
OVALO provides movement-training and wellness information. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency services. Stop activity and consult an appropriate professional if you feel pain, dizziness or other concerning symptoms.
8. International processing and changes
Product infrastructure or service providers may process information in locations different from your own, subject to applicable legal and contractual protections. We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date and, where required, an additional notice.
