1. Scope and who we are
OVALO is a movement and ball-sports training product operated by 深圳市生命律动科技有限公司 (Shenzhen Life Rhythm Technology Co., Ltd), also referred to as Vital Rhythm.AI, "we", "us" or "our" in this policy. This policy applies to the OVALO mobile application, vitalrhythmai.com and the support interactions that link to this policy.
OVALO 是由深圳市生命律动科技有限公司（亦称 Vital Rhythm.AI）运营的运动智能产品。本政策适用于 OVALO 移动应用、vitalrhythmai.com 网站及相关支持服务。
2. Information we process
Account and profile information
This can include your email address, display name, authentication records, sport preferences, training level and information you choose to add to your profile.
Training media and analysis
If you record or upload training content, we process videos, images, audio and related session details to provide movement analysis, reports, clips, live guidance and progress history. Analysis results may include movement landmarks, technique observations, ratings and recommended training priorities.
Health and device information
With your explicit permission, the current iOS app reads height, weight, date of birth and biological sex from Apple Health to help complete your training profile. It does not request heart-rate, sleep, step-count, workout or active-energy access, and does not write to Apple Health. You can deny or withdraw permission in system settings and enter your profile manually.
当前 iOS 版本仅在授权后读取身高、体重、出生日期和生理性别，用于补全训练档案；不申请心率、睡眠、步数、训练记录和活动能量权限，也不写入 Apple 健康。您可以拒绝授权并手动填写。
Technical and support information
We may process device type, operating-system version, app version, IP address, request logs, crash or diagnostic information, and the messages you send to our support team. We use this information to keep the service reliable, secure and supportable.
Camera, microphone and Apple Health access are permission-based.

3. How we use information
- Provide and secure account registration, authentication and profile features.
- Process training media and generate movement analysis, live guidance, reports and clips.
- Build and update your RDID movement profile, training history and product recommendations.
- Enable permission-based health and recovery context where you choose to connect it.
- Operate, troubleshoot, protect and improve OVALO and our website.
- Respond to support, privacy, safety and company-verification requests.
- Comply with applicable law and enforce our terms.

5. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the product, maintain records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations and protect the service. Retention periods vary by data type and account status. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where reasonably possible.
We use HTTPS in transit, access controls and operational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please protect your account credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Your choices and requests
You can:
- Update profile information available in the product.
- Control camera, microphone and Apple Health permissions in iOS settings.
- Choose whether to record or upload training media.
- Request access, correction, export or deletion of account and training information.
To make a privacy or account-deletion request, email yunbo@vitalrhythmai.com from the email associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
您可在 App「我的 → 设置 → 数据管理」导出数据或发起账户删除；也可使用账户关联邮箱向 yunbo@vitalrhythmai.com 提交访问、更正、导出或删除请求。为保护账户安全，我们可能需要核验身份。
7. Children and training safety
OVALO is available only to users aged 13 or above. Before registration, users confirm their full birth date. A 13-year-old requires consent from a parent or legal guardian through a separate verified email address. Email verification proves control of the mailbox; the adult declares their legal guardian relationship. Existing users must complete the same age check before accessing training and AI services.
儿童个人信息处理规则（版本：2026-09-15）
OVALO 仅向年满 13 周岁的用户提供服务。对于已满 13 周岁、不满 14 周岁的用户，我们在开通账户前要求其父母或其他法定监护人亲自阅读本规则、声明监护关系并使用与孩子不同的邮箱完成验证码确认。未完成授权，不能开通训练、资料上传或 AI 服务。
在监护人同意及孩子按功能选择的范围内，我们处理孩子的账户邮箱、出生日期、训练档案、身体及健康资料、主动上传的照片和训练视频、语音和 AI 对话，用于身份验证、保存训练记录、动作分析及生成运动建议。儿童个人信息与健康资料属于敏感个人信息。相关 AI 内容会发送至 OVALO 服务器和阿里云百炼（通义千问）；每次 AI 操作另行告知并征求同意。系统权限可拒绝，摄像头、麦克风及 Apple 健康数据不会在未经授权时读取。
我们保存监护人邮箱、授权时间和规则版本以核验和管理授权。未完成注册的监护授权凭据 30 分钟后失效，失效记录定期清理。账户中的年龄和授权记录保存至注销；访问仅限提供服务和处理隐私请求的必要人员。我们不会出售儿童个人信息或将其用于广告追踪。
监护人可在 App「我的 → 设置 → 监护人授权管理」验证原邮箱后撤回授权，撤回后停止新的训练、上传和 AI 服务请求。已启动的第三方 AI 会话受其短期令牌有效期约束。仍可导出或申请删除账户；恢复服务需重新授权。更正已核验的生日、对监护关系有争议或无法使用原邮箱时，请联系 yunbo@vitalrhythmai.com，我们会核实身份后处理。若发现未经有效授权收集儿童信息，我们会停止处理并核实删除。
注销时立即移除有效账户及关联数据库记录，并持久化文件清理任务。文件清理失败会重试，服务重启后继续，并在 24 小时内重复清扫以处理正在结束的媒体任务。仅保留必要的最小化删除任务/重试凭据，完成后 30 天清理；依法需保留的数据及供应商留存规则按本政策其他条款执行。
OVALO provides movement-training and wellness information. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency services. Stop activity and consult an appropriate professional if you feel pain, dizziness or other concerning symptoms.
8. International processing and changes
Product infrastructure or service providers may process information in locations different from your own, subject to applicable legal and contractual protections. We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date and, where required, an additional notice.
