Rules for using the OVALO website, mobile product, movement analysis and training-guidance services.

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and 深圳市生命律动科技有限公司 (Shenzhen Life Rhythm Technology Co., Ltd.), also known as Vital Rhythm.AI, regarding OVALO. By accessing or using the website or product, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

本使用条款由您与深圳市生命律动科技有限公司（Vital Rhythm.AI）就 OVALO 产品订立。使用服务即表示您同意本条款及隐私政策。

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. Users who are below the age required by local law must use the service with a parent or legal guardian's authorization. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Your training content

You retain ownership of videos, images, audio, profile information and other content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce and transform that content only as needed to operate OVALO, provide requested analysis and guidance, maintain security, improve the service as permitted by law and fulfill support requests.

You must have the right to upload the content. Do not upload content that unlawfully identifies or records another person, infringes rights, contains illegal material or exposes confidential information without permission.

4. AI analysis and training guidance

OVALO uses automated systems to analyze movement and generate feedback. Results can be incomplete, uncertain or incorrect because camera angle, lighting, occlusion, network conditions, device quality, movement variation and model limitations affect performance. Treat outputs as training information, not guaranteed facts or professional judgment.

OVALO is not a medical device or emergency service.

It does not diagnose, treat or prevent disease or injury. Stop training if you experience pain, dizziness or concerning symptoms, and seek advice from an appropriate medical or sports professional.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Use OVALO for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive or rights-infringing activity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, infrastructure, models or non-public data.
  • Interfere with service availability, security controls or usage limits.
  • Upload malware, malicious instructions or content designed to compromise the service.
  • Reverse engineer or extract protected components except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • Use automated access at a scale that burdens the service without our written permission.
  • Present AI output as a certified medical, coaching, ranking or safety determination.

6. OVALO materials and feedback

OVALO, Vital Rhythm.AI, our logos, product design, software, models, reports, interfaces and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. We give you a limited, revocable, personal and non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

If you send ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

7. Third-party services and device permissions

OVALO may rely on platform features and service providers, including Apple Health, cloud infrastructure, authentication, storage and AI services. Their availability and terms may affect parts of OVALO. You control device permissions through iOS settings and should review any applicable third-party terms.

8. Product changes, beta features and availability

We may add, modify, pause or remove features as the product evolves. Beta, preview or research features may be less reliable and can change without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or preservation of every temporary output. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the service and communicate material changes where appropriate.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using OVALO at any time and may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if reasonably necessary to address security, legal, abuse, nonpayment or material breach concerns. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and a chance to resolve the issue.

10. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, OVALO is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties that every analysis, recommendation or feature will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You remain responsible for exercise choices, training environment, equipment, supervision and decisions based on product output. Use appropriate space and equipment, follow venue rules and seek qualified guidance when needed.

11. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms to reflect product, legal or operational changes. The revised version will be posted here with an updated effective date. These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence remain unaffected.
