Quick troubleshooting
- Confirm that your device has a stable network connection.
- Update iOS and OVALO to the latest version available to you.
- Close and reopen OVALO, then retry the action once.
- Check camera, microphone, photo-library or Apple Health access in iOS Settings when relevant.
- If a video is processing, keep the original file and allow the report time to complete before re-uploading.
- If the problem remains, note the exact on-screen message and approximate time for troubleshooting.

Account and data requests
Update editable profile information in OVALO. To export your account or training information or request account deletion, open My Profile → Settings → Data Management in the app. Account verification may be required to prevent unauthorized access or deletion.
You can separately control camera, microphone, photo-library and Apple Health permissions from iOS Settings. Removing a device permission stops future access through that permission but does not by itself delete information you previously submitted.

Frequently asked questions
Why does OVALO need camera access?
The camera captures movement for recording, pose analysis and live training guidance. You choose when to start a camera feature and can change permission in iOS Settings.
Why is microphone access requested?
Audio supports recorded training context and voice interaction in live coaching. OVALO does not activate the microphone without a product action and iOS permission.
Is Apple Health required?
No. Apple Health is optional. If connected, selected permission-based data can provide additional activity, recovery or wellness context. Core video training features remain separate.
Why is my training report still processing?
Processing time varies with video length, file format, network conditions and current system load. Keep the original video. If the status does not change after a reasonable period, contact support with the approximate upload time.
Can OVALO diagnose an injury?
No. OVALO provides movement-training and wellness information, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Consult an appropriate professional for pain, injury or medical concerns.
How can I delete my account or training data?
Open My Profile → Settings → Data Management in OVALO to export data or request account deletion. Account verification may be required before completing the request.
